Salmon Fish Cakes

Serves 4
270g cooked and flaked salmon
270g mashed potato
100g peas
1 egg             

 

  • preheat the oven to 200'c
  • Mix the ingredients together and then roll into 8 balls, then place onto a lightly greased oven try
  • Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are browned
  • Serve with Vegetables or salad

The Salmon Fish Cakes are Really Healthy and are suitable for Vegetarians
