Serves 4
4 chicken breast portions
225g broccoli florets
298g can of condensed chicken & sweetcorn soup
50g mayonnaise (whole egg if in Australia!!)
4 tabelspoons of double cream
2 tablespoons of medium or mild curry powder
25g cheddar cheese, grated

 

 

  • Simply place the chicken & broccoli florets in an ovenproof dish/pot
  • Mix together the soup, mayonnaise,double cream and curry powderPour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli, coating them well
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the top
  • Bake at 190`c for 50-60 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
This is so simple to prepare, I love these one pot meals. A great, filling family meal
