125g butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cups rice bubbles
1 cup toasted muesli
1/2 cup chopped apricots
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup mixed seeds
1/4 cup silvered almonds

- Line a baking tray
- combine the butter, honey, peanut butter and sugar in a saucepan, place over a medium heat, stir until the butter has melted and sugar dissolved, then take off the heat
- Add all the other ingredients, mix well
- Turn onto the baking tray, spread evenly and compact
- Chill for at least an hour, then slice into fingers.
These Muesli Bars are great for breakfast, a snack and in lunch boxes. You can change the ingredients to suit your taste!
