Serves 4
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 large banana mashed
200g low fat natural yogurt
10g dark or plain chocolate, grated
2 tablespoons of flaked, toasted almonds

Mix the coffee and sugar together with a tablespoon of boiling water then leave to cool

Stir in the mashed banana

fold in the yogurt

Transfer to four small glasses and chill until required

Top with the chocolate and almonds to serve
