Banana and Coffee Pots

Serves 4
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 large banana mashed
200g low fat natural yogurt
10g dark or plain chocolate, grated
2 tablespoons of flaked, toasted almonds

 

 

 

 

  • Mix the coffee and sugar together with a tablespoon of boiling water then leave to cool
  • Stir in the mashed banana
  • fold in the yogurt
  • Transfer to four small glasses and chill until required
  • Top with the chocolate and almonds to serve
