Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 2

300ml half fat milk
175g pot of low fat strawberry yogurt
2  bananas, cut 4 slices to decorate, mash the rest
2 strawberries to decorate

 

 

  • Whisk the yogurt, milk and banana well together, or use a blender if you have one
  • Pour into two glasses
  • Decorate with your Strawberries and banana slices

 

Start your day with a Breakfast smoothie for a great healthy start.  You can change your Smoothie ingredients to suit your taste, there is a huge variety of yogurt flavors and fruits out there, so have fun!
