Makes 22
3/4 cup of self raising flour
3/4 cup of plain flour
2 tblsp cocoa powder
125g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
8 squares of cadburys chocolate to melt

Pre heat the oven to 180'c

Line two flat baking trays with baking paper

Sift the flours into a bowl, and add the cocoa.

Beat the eggs, sugar , vanilla and butter.

Fold the egg mixture into the flour until combined then add the chocolate chips.

Using a tablespoon, make small balls space 5cm apart, slightly patting the tops flat, place on the baking trays.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are browned.

Allow to cool on the tray then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Drizzle with melted chocolate & leave to set.
