Makes 28-30 Peanut Butter and Chocolate Truffles
80ml thickened cream
200g milk eating chocolate broken into pieces
70g crunchy peanut butter
110g crushed peanuts (or mixed crushed nuts)

Place the cream and chocolate into a small saucepan, and over a low heat stir until smooth, stir in the peanut butter

Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight

Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls, roll the balls through the peanuts, then place them on an a tray or plate, put them in the fridge until firm
