600ml double cream
425g tin of condensed mild light
Tsp vanilla essence
200g crushed mixed nuts (or something of your choice, i.e. chocolate chips, fruit)

Simply whip the cream until thick

Add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and half of the nuts, mix well.

Place into a 1.5 – 2ltr freezer container.

Top with the remaining nuts.

Freeze.
(This is also a lovely dessert without being frozen)
