Yummy Nutty Ice Cream

 600ml double cream
425g tin of condensed mild light
Tsp vanilla essence
200g crushed mixed nuts (or something of your choice, i.e. chocolate chips, fruit)

   

 

  • Simply whip the cream until thick
  • Add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and half of the nuts, mix well.
  • Place into a 1.5 – 2ltr freezer container.
  • Top with the remaining nuts.
  • Freeze. 

    (This is also a lovely dessert without being frozen)
